How We Deliver
We deliver our great range of sand products right across the UK on a next day delivery service (orders placed before 2pm).
To offer this speedy delivery we use a third pallet haulage company. The haulage company when making your delivery will arrive in a large lorry, typically the same size as a bin lorry with a tail lift at the back.
Using the tail lift, essentially a large metal shelf, the driver will lower the ordered goods to the kerbside and manoeuvre them by hand with a pallet pump truck. Using these pump trucks, the driver will try their best to put the goods where you want them.
However, due to restrictions of the machinery and weights involved, this is not always possible and we can only guarantee delivery to the kerbside.

Delivery can only be made to flat solid surfaces such as concrete or tarmac. The ordered goods cannot be delivered onto loose surfaces such as gravel and soil, or manoeuvred up or down any inclines.
To make things even easier for you, for an additional £10 charge you can specify either a pre 1pm or an afternoon delivery slot. Hopefully this can help with planning and ensure everything gets off to the best possible start.
